This Summer I have been making little guitar loops almost every practice session. I wasn’t quite trying to mimic the style of a certain song though I suppose if I was pressed to do it, I could draw some parallels.
This was my first time recording using the mic. There are 3 backing parts all done on the strat (and a few pedals of course) that I trigger on the pedal at the start of the recording. Then the distorted solo was recorded more or less “live”. At the end I’m turning down my looper pedal with my big toe.
