I will be the first to say – I am not an expert with FreeCAD – I normally work with OpenSCAD because it better suits the work that I do. That said – I realize the OpenSCAD really isn’t a tool that meshes with everyone’s way of thinking – and many of you would prefer a solid modeling application. The most fully formed and user-friendly Open Source Solid Modeling software is FreeCAD.
