I’ve found recently that I really miss using the pomodoro technique. I find that sometimes I have a hard time kick starting myself to get to a project, and pomodoros have always helped with that.

This year (2024) I’m trying a new productivity method – lists, lists, lists, and more lists. I’m using extensive and encompassing to do lists to track and plan projects, and making sure that I keep an eye on my progress.

To try and change your system, what ever it may be, while under stress, will put you at a disadvantage. It is in times that your system is not needed, that you should build and mature it.

Like many of you, I’ve tried several different systems, and I’ve finally found something that works quite well for myself. The key idea is keeping track of your work and (literally) paying yourself.
