      That's a good one. If you have to reduce, I'd say pick one that makes you happy, and one that looks good on your resume.

      Probably the innocent and whimsical chapters about my childhood.

      Yep! Microchip did this sample program and I got a ton of chips from that that I experimented with - They are fun!

      The friends I made along the way.

      By the time I left I was doing a full engineers work - they put a lot of faith in me and I learned a ton.

      When I failed a class in graduate school on my first semester here - I thought I was going to lose my funding. I had to start taking my classes more seriously and really engage with the material.

      Venice Italy. It's a fun place to get lost.

      I sort of always figured I'd go to college, but grad school wasn't in the plans until the last year of undergrad. It all changed during a conversation I had with a professor I looked up to.

      It was somewhat arbitrary. I guess at the time the idea of learning to make things seemed appealing. Mainly I just wanted to go to the school my cousin was going to.

      First make useless stuff that's not intended to do anything. Just experiment. Then make things that solve small problems that you have.

      The passion never really left, I sort held classes in a separate regard. It was always math classes that I was failing. Making a habit of studying with friends helped a lot.

      Learning to improve yourself is the most useful skill to have.

      I never left. Teaching overlapped me finishing my PhD

      Comments like that sort of made me dig my heels in. Plus I did have an intrinsic interest in the material. The more I did, the more I wanted to know.

      Honestly I didn't have good "systems" at the time to deal with it, and sort of just drug myself through at times.
